All Participants will get a certificate with their achieved time.
"Amateurs" will get a "Mechanics contest" Cap and "Pros" participants will receive a "Mechanics Contest" Cap and a T-shirt.

The overall winner of the "amateur" contest will receive a CFR kit (Jersey and Bib short) signed by the members of the CFR team.

The overall winner of the "pro" contest will receive a custom HeadShok tool kit.

Amateur contest:
The front wheel of a provided Lefty bike needs to be replaced (the mounted one changed with a given one) as fast as possible, respecting all the required steps. Cannondale will also provide all the needed materials, tools and equipment. The bike will be fixed in a workstand. The participant starts and stopps the timing clock when he feels he is ready or done. All the materials, tools and equipment needs to be returned to the spot where it was before the clock gets stopped. The judge will decide if the task has been completed and if the time counts.

Rules: front wheels replacement
1) use 5 mm allen wrench to remove caliper from fork leg
2) remove wheel by turning the axle bolt counter clockwise
3) slide new wheel over axle and tighten bolt with max. 15 N/m
4) return caliper and thigten caliper bolts with max. 9 N/m
5) check if wheel is spinning free and if brake functions correctly
6) return materials, tools and equipment to original location

Pro contest:
The damper cartridge of a provided Lefty bike needs to be replaced (the mounted one changed with a given one) as fast as possible, respecting all the required steps. Cannondale will also provide all the needed materials, tools and equipment. The bike will be fixed in a workstand. The participant starts and stopps the timing clock when he feels he is ready or done. All the materials, tools and equipment needs to be returned to the spot where it was before the clock gets stopped. The judge will decide if the task has been completed and if the time counts.

Rules: damper replacement:
1) remove valve cap and release air from fork
2) undo upper collar with BB tool
3) remove split rings and extract damper with Super Castle tool
4) install new damper (apply loc tite on damper thread, grease air piston) and tighten with Super caslte tool
5) return split rings and install upper collar with BB tool (max 28 N/m)
6) inflate fork to 100 PSI and check function
7) return materials, tools and equipment to original location
