  20” wheels accelerate faster and, combined with a lower standover height, make this a more compact, easily stored bike for the small apartment confines of the city.

  The combination of low frame, tall head tube, and custom extra-long seatpost lets the Hooligan accommodate most sizes of rider and all styles of riding.
• Delta V Frame
  Our Delta V frame configuration is super strong and stiff, and its improved standover gives riders plenty of clearance for agile street moves.
• Lefty Solo Fork
  Forged from a single piece of aluminum, the radical single-sided fork not only looks cool, but is extremely stiff and strong thanks to its OPI one-piece construction.
• Smooth Welds
  A true smooth weld, rather than the sand, putty, and paint “smooth welds” found on others’ bikes, Cannondale’s trademark double-pass smooth weld technology eliminates the stress-risers and weak points found on traditionally welded frames, enabling us to build lighter, stronger frames.
