The following section describes how non-personal data is generated by connected products and related services (the ‘Devices’) of Cannondale and/or third-party providers which are installed on your bicycle. The non-personal data is processed for the legitimate purpose of providing you with important functionality of your bicycle and its components. Cannondale also aims to make the non-personal data generated by the Devices more accessible and usable to consumers. Cannondale is committed to promoting data availability and access to the data generated by the Devices.

The information above may be incomplete, and may be modified, added to, or supplemented as suppliers provide us with information about the data generated by the Devices on your bicycle.
** Please note that suppliers may develop additional applications that interact with one or more Devices. We kindly refer you to the provider of these applications for the data specifications.
Cannondale also processes information generated by Devices which interact with the Cannondale App. Below we explain in more detail the type of data we collect from Devices which interact with the Cannondale App:

We use data generated by Devices which interact with the Cannondale App to enable you to use certain features and services of the Cannondale App and so we can improve the features offered to you. Please refer to www.cannondale.com/privacy-policy for all purposes your data is used for.
You can stop the Cannondale App from processing the non-personal data generated by the Devices by uninstalling the Cannondale App or ceasing your use of the Cannondale App. By deleting your Cannondale App account, generated data will also be deleted retroactively. You can request your Cannondale App account be deleted by sending a deletion request to [email protected].

At Cannondale, we believe you should have control over your data. Here's how you can request a copy of your data and, if you wish, share it with a third party.
Requesting Your Data
As a user of the Cannondale App, you can download – via a dedicated data access page – a JSON file containing the data processed in the Cannondale App. If you wish to share this data with another entity or individual, you may send a request to share the information directly with the third-party to [email protected] or choose to send it yourself.
