Road Reimagined

Real World Performance

Designed to go fast, built to go long, and made to keep you comfortable, the Synapse redefines road performance. With a lightweight frame featuring wind-tunnel-sculpted tubing and PB-blasting stiffness-to-weight, it’s a bike that’s ready for anything you demand of it. Just ask Lachlan Morton why he trusted it for his record-smashing lap of Australia. Unreal speed, engineered for real-world roads.

Compliant Comfort

With advancements in our carbon layup, our engineers have made the new Synapse 20% more compliant than its already butter-smooth predecessor, ensuring you feel 100% more comfortable even on the roughest roads.

Like A Glove

A great fit and feel makes for a great ride. And with our Proportional Response Construction, every rider gets that as standard. From the carbon layup through to the geometry, everything on Synapse has been tuned and tested by frame size. So that your bike works in harmony with you to give the best possible ride for you and your height.

Bring it all, bring it on

Our all-new StashPort storage system in the downtube is there when you need it and hidden when you don’t. Paired with its StashBag buddy, you can bring along your ride essentials and know that they’ll be secure, whatever you get up to out there. Meanwhile, best-in-class tire clearance lets you take the idea of riding for longer to a whole new level.

Features

Big Ride Rubber

Best-in-class clearance for tires with a maximum measured width of up to 48mm in the front and 42mm in the rear - with at least 4mm of extra clearance on each side - makes Synapse a true, ride-longer, ride-whatever kind of road bike.

StashPort + StashBag

StashPort is our take on a downtube storage system, accessed beneath the water bottle cage. While every Synapse includes StashBag, a specially designed bag for tools and other ride essentials.

D-Lightful

The D-shaped design of Synapse’s seatpost enhances aerodynamics and boosts vertical compliance. Reducing muscle fatigue so that you stay fresher on those longer days.

Fly Delta

The unique-to-Cannondale v-shape Delta Steerer keeps your cockpit tidy and cables routed internally. While the reduced headtube frontal area brings aero gains to the party. As well as sleeker good looks.
