We offer FREE shipping and assembly on all bike orders. Cannondale bikes will be shipped to a local bike shop of your choice where they will be assembled for FREE. We also offer FREE standard ground shipping on accessories orders of 50€. Accessories ordered at the same time as a bike also ship for free.

If you are not satisfied with your Cannondale product you can return it within 15 days, in accordance with our return policy. To initiate a return, contact us via our online request form to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Every Cannondale bicycle comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, and a one year warranty on all Cannondale components.
