      We offer free shipping and professional assembly on all bike orders. Cannondale bikes ship to an Authorized retailer of your choice, where they’ll be built and ready to ride when you pick them up. Most orders are ready for pickup in approximately ~12 working days. Bikes and frames are not eligible for home delivery.

      Accessories, components, and gear ship directly to your address. Most orders arrive within 5–7 working days. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 (375 kr in Denmark), and accessories included with a bike order also ship for free.

      Ordering a bike and accessories?

      Your bike will ship to your selected retailer for pickup, while your accessories will be delivered to your address. Orders will ship separately.

      Shipping availability

      We ship to select European countries. Gear is not available for delivery in Belgium. We do not ship to La Réunion, Martinique, or Guadeloupe (France), or Livigno (Italy).

      Denmark

      Accessories are delivered to a DHL pickup point instead of a home address. You’ll receive an email with pickup details once your order has shipped.

      If you are not satisfied with your Cannondale product you can return it within 15 days, in accordance with our return policy. To initiate a return, contact us via our online request form to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

      Limited Warranty

      Every Cannondale bicycle comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame, and a one year warranty on all Cannondale components.

      MIPS stands for Multidirectional Impact Protection System, and it means a better helmet. Able to dissipate rotational impact in certain types of crashes, it'll give you peace of mind on every ride. The Air Node version is the lightest MIPS design available.

      ErgoFit+ Dial

      Those last few millimeters matter. The overmolded ErgoFit+ adjustment system means you can precisely dial in the perfect fit, with micro-adjustability of the diameter of the helmet’s 360 degree retention harness.

      BioMap Fit

      Born from understanding that no two heads are alike, BioMap Fit was developed to ensure proper fit on nearly any dome. We designed special shaping and coverage so that our helmets feel and fit like no other, and sizing is consistent across the range.

      Fidlock Closure

      Once you try Fidlock, you’ll never want to own a helmet without it. No more fussing with traditional tiny clips. The Fidlock closure system uses magnets to click the clips into place, and then it pops open only when rotated in a specific way.

      Smart Construction

      It’s called in-mold construction, and it bonds the polycarbonate outer and foam inner layers of the helmet into one solid piece. It’s how all Cannondale helmets are made. What’s that mean? A stronger, smarter, lighter helmet.

      Adjustable Visor

      Need some protection from the sun and rain? The three-position adjustable visor has you covered – literally.

      Extended Rear Coverage

      When riding off-road, a little extra protection is nice. Just in case you need it, you’ve got some more coverage at the back of your head.

      Remove, Wash, Repeat

      Don't worry about sweating too much. The removable pads can be taken out for drying, washing, or replacing if you want to start fresh.
