An EF Education First First
For both the men’s and women’s EF Education First pro racing teams, a new era begins in 2024 – and some exciting new designs kick things off.
Emergent Properties:
Noun. Plural.
Nature’s translation: Sometimes, one is the way.
For 2024, and for the first time in the teams’ history, squads racing under separate EF Education First banners will be united under the same one. The men’s 30-member EF Education First-EasyPost team and women’s 15-member EF Education First-Cannondale team will be listed on one big, happy, talented roster.
The arrangement is cause for celebration, not just for bringing the two powerhouses to the same table, but for the emergent properties that will benefit both: better communication, more diverse training opportunities, a larger pool of shared bikes, parts, and other resources, and much more.
Yet that’s all just behind the scenes. Out on the courses, we’re marking the occasion with an exciting livery that will adorn kits, bikes, bottles, buses, and just about everything else for 2024.
Most importantly, the athletes themselves will benefit. We’re proud of what’s happening, and we’re confident that the EF Education First squads’ best performances are yet to come. Check out this first look at the 2024 team bikes and designs, and stay tuned for the opportunity to get your hands on one.
