DYAD RT2
The DYAD is really two different shocks in one: Elevate - a shorter travel shock tuned specifically for climbing and rolling terrain, and Flow - a linear, long travel shock tuned for aggressive descending.
ECS-TC SYSTEM
Clamped, 15mm thru-axles in the shock linkage and swingarm pivot, as well as double bearings at the rear dropouts eliminate flex and provide unmatched center-stiffness for complete control.
ATTITUDE ADJUST GEOMETRY
Switching to the Elevate mode on the DYAD reduces the sag point, which raises the BB and makes the head angle steeper for a quick, efficient feel. Flowmode drops the BB for a low center of gravity and super stable feel.

Comments about cannondale CLAYMORE 2:
I got the 2012 Claymore 2 on closeout. Great long-travel bike. Taking lines I wasn't taking before. If your on the fence, get one. I am glad I did. Only thing I have changed so far is the grips for personal comfort. Other than that, the bike is very solid in the stock components department. I will add a HammerSchmidt later on. For now shreddin' as is. Adjustable rear shock is an added bonus, nice to switch to 110mm for climbs and XC oriented rides. Sweet bike that a lot of folks don't know about. Now you do!
