    All time trials are hard. Add high altitude and climbing to the time trial after four days of racing, and the event is brutal. The Vail Time Trial is short, at 16.1km (10mi), but short, amazingly, makes it hard. Everyone puts in a long warm-up and has to find a hard rhythm fast, a contrast after long days in the saddle.

    UCI MTB WORLD CUP ROUND 4 VALLNORD, ANDORRA

    Mont Sainte Anne in Quebec/ Canada is one of the oldest circuits on the Mountain Bike World Cup Tour. After some refreshments to the course and the venue for 2013, everything is set for a big show on the technical and steep terrain on the holy mountain of Sainte Anne. Anton Cooper and Keegan Swenson will work on further improvements in the U23 category, whilst CFR Superstars Manuel Fumic and Marco Fontana are on the way to top form for the upcoming World Championships and use Sainte Anne as a last test for themselfs and the material.
