a capable commuter: The taller headframe puts the rider in a more
comfortable position, and the frame accepts a range of fenders and

It can do both. Cannondale’s ‘cross frames are comfortable on the street or on course. The clearance to run fatter tires makes these ‘cross bikes capable commuters, too!
