How long does it take to get my bike?
Bikes ordered online and shipped to a retailer are typically ready for pickup within ~10 business days. Delivery to Canadian retailers may require an additional 3–5 business days.
What products can be shipped directly to me?
Parts, gear, and accessories can be shipped directly to your home. Bikes and frames are not eligible for home delivery.
